Is This Livestock Market Licensed?
Section 534.48, Florida Statutes, requires businesses or individuals selling livestock by public auction or on commission or consignment to have a livestock market license issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
A livestock market license has a fee of $100 and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
